Programs Committee

Stage Design
-
Create the overall flow of the retreat (sessions, games, icebreakers, activities).

Coordinate with facilitators, speakers, tech, logistics, prayer and worship team.

Ensure sessions start and end on time.
-
Prepare materials needed for activities.
-
Keep energy and engagement balanced throughout the event.

Prayer Committee
-
Cover the entire retreat in intercessory prayer before, during, and after.
-
Organize prayer chains or prayer partners.
-
Lead specific prayer sessions during the retreat.
-
Provide spiritual support for participants, facilitators, and speakers.
-
Be available for personal prayer and altar ministry.

Registration Committee
-
Manage pre-event registration and on-site check-in.
-
Prepare participant lists, name tags, and welcome kits.
-
Provide information desk for directions, schedules, and inquiries.
-
Coordinate with Finance for participant fees (if applicable).
-
Keep attendance records.

Facilitator Committee
-
Guide small group discussions and activities.

Ensure all participants are engaged and heard.
-
Encourage reflection and application of teachings.
-
Report group feedback and concerns to Program Team.
-
Support prayer and ministry time when needed.

Logistics Committee
-
Handle transportation, accommodation, and venue needs.
-
Prepare and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment.
-
Oversee food and snacks (coordinate with catering if applicable).
-
Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of the venue.
-
Assist other committees with physical setup and takedown.

Finance Committee
-
Manage retreat funds and budget allocation.
-
Keep accurate records of income and expenses.
-
Coordinate with Registration for payments.
-
Provide financial reports before and after the retreat.
-
Ensure transparency and accountability in handling funds.

Praise and Worship Committee
-
Lead worship sessions with music, songs, and exhortation.
-
Prepare set lists aligned with retreat themes.
-
Coordinate with Tech for sound system and equipment.
-
Lead participants into an atmosphere of worship and openness.
-
Ensure spiritual readiness through prayer and rehearsals.

Tech Committee
-
Manage sound system, microphones, and music playback.
-
Set up projectors, presentations, and other media.
-
Provide technical support to speakers, worship team, and facilitators.
-
Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly.
-
Coordinate with Documentary for media capture.

Documentary Committee
-
Take photos and videos throughout the retreat.
-
Document key moments, sessions, and group activities.
-
Create a recap video or slideshow (if required).
-
Handle storage and organization of media files.
-
Coordinate with Tech for possible live presentations.
